§ 18A:49-7 — Appointment of persons to assist state board
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The state board may, from time to time, appoint suitable persons to assist in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and to encourage the establishment of such evening schools. The persons so appointed shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be paid the necessary expenses incurred by them under the provisions of this chapter. L.1967, c.271.
