§ 18A:36-7 — Designation of Arbor Day
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
For the purpose of encouraging the planting of shade and forest trees and the designation of a uniform day throughout the nation, the last Friday of April in each year is hereby designated as a day for the general observance of that purpose, and shall be known as Arbor Day. L.1967, c.271.
