§ 18A:36-19.1. Military recruitment in public schools
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Local school districts in New Jersey are directed to establish policies which would provide military recruiters the same access to school facilities and student information directories that is provided to educational and occupational recruiters pursuant to regulations adopted by the State Board of Education pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). These regulations shall be adopted within 180 days of the effective date of this act. The policies should be consistent with State and federal right to privacy laws. L. 1985, c. 51, s. 1, eff. Feb. 21, 1985.
