§ 18A:36-19.2. School locker inspection
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The principal or other official designated by the local board of education may inspect lockers or other storage facilities provided for use by students so long as students are informed in writing at the beginning of each school year that inspections may occur. L. 1985, c. 198, s. 1, eff. June 26, 1985.
