§ 18A:36-32 — Fine for permitting cigarette machines on school property

New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Any person who, acting as an agent or otherwise, permits the operation, installation, or maintenance of coin-operated vending machines that dispense cigarettes on any property used for school purposes which is owned by any school board shall be punished by a fine of $250. L.1989, c.225, s.6.
