§ 18A:27-8 — Filing of contracts
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
One copy of each such contract so entered into shall be filed with the board, one copy with the person employed thereunder and one copy with the superintendent of schools if there be one, otherwise with the county superintendent. L.1967, c.271.
