§ 18A:22-5 — Majority of all members
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
When it is required by law that any action shall be taken by at least a majority of the full membership of the board of school estimate, such majority must include a majority of the members, representing the respective municipal governing bodies and the action shall be certified accordingly. L.1967, c.271.
