§ 18A:22-3 — Application of subarticle
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The provisions of this subarticle shall apply to every type II local district having within its territorial limits more than one municipality, and having a population of more than 10,000, in which there is now a board of school estimate. L.1967, c.271.
