1.The provisions of the "School Ethics Act," P.L.1991, c.393 (C.18A:12-21 et seq.) shall apply to an administrator and a member of the board of trustees of a charter school that is established pursuant to P.L.1995, c.426 (C.18A:36A-1 et seq.). L.2004,c.131,s.1.
