§ 18A:12-10 — Application of subarticle
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The provisions of this subarticle shall apply to all type II school districts except as otherwise provided in this title for regional districts and except those districts in which the members of the boards of education are appointed pursuant to subarticle C of this article. L.1967, c.271.
