§ 18A:12-16 — Application of subarticle
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The provisions of this subarticle shall apply to type II school districts in towns having a population of more than 10,000, in which the members of the board of education are now appointed by the mayor or other chief executive officer of the municipality. L.1967, c.271.
