§ 18A:27-6 — Contents of contracts

Each such contract shall specify: 1. The date when the person shall begin such employment; 2. The kind and grade of certificate held by him and the date upon which the certificate will expire; 3. The salary at which he is employed, which shall be payable in equal semimonthly or monthly installments, as the board shall determine, not later than five days after the first and fifteenth day of each month in case of semimonthly installments and not later than five days after the close of the month in the case of monthly installments while the school is in session, a month being construed, unless otherwise specified in the contract, to be 20 school days or four weeks of five school days each; and 4. Such other matters as may be necessary to a full and complete understanding of the contract. L.1967, c.271.
