§ 18A:27-5 — Written contracts of employment required
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Every contract between a board of education which has not made rules governing such employment and any teaching staff member shall be in writing, in triplicate, signed by the president and secretary of the board of education and by such person. L.1967, c.271.
