Text
The board shall consist of 5 or 7 members as provided by ordinance of the municipal governing body, except that it shall consist of 9 members in districts in cities of the first class, and in districts in which it has been so determined by referendum held pursuant to law. L.1967, c.271; amended by L.1969, c. 153, s. 1, eff. Sept. 4, 1969.
