§ 18A:12-31 — Advisory opinions
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
11.A school official may request and obtain from the commission an advisory opinion as to whether any proposed activity or conduct would in its opinion constitute a violation of the provisions of this act. Advisory opinions of the commission shall not be made public, except when the commission, by a vote of at least six members, directs that the opinion be made public. Public advisory opinions shall not disclose the name of the school official. L.1991,c.393,s.11.
