§ 17B:37-2 — Definitions relative to the "Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact."

2.For the purposes of this act: "Advertisement" means any material designed to create public interest in an insurance product, or induce the public to purchase, increase, modify, reinstate, borrow on, surrender, replace or retain a policy, as more specifically defined in the rules and operating procedures of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission established by section 3 of this act. "Bylaws" mean those bylaws established by the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission for its governance, or for directing or controlling the commission's actions or conduct. "Commission" means the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission established by section 3 of this act.
