15.
a.There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, any member insurer or its agents or employees, the association or its agents or employees, members of the board of directors, or the commissioner or his representatives, for any action or omission by them in the performance of their powers and duties under P.L.1991, c.208 (C.17B:32A-1 et seq.). This immunity shall extend to the participation in any organization of one or more other state associations of similar purposes and to any such organization and its agents or employees.
b.With respect to any impairment or insolvency of a health service corporation created pursuant to P.L.1985, c.236 (C.17:48E-1 et seq.), the association shall have no cause of action against any not-for-profi
