20.The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to carry out the purposes of P.L.2023, c.296 (C.17B:30-55.1 et al.). L.2005,c.352,s.20; amended 2023, c.296, s.26.
