Text
No person shall engage in this State in any trade practice which is defined in this chapter as or determined pursuant to this chapter to be an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of life insurance, health insurance or annuity. The practices described in sections 17B:30-3 to 17B:30-13 as modified by section 17B:30-14 are hereby defined to be such practices. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:30-2.
