§ 17B:30-33 — Regulations.

8.No later than 180 days following the date of enactment of this act, the commissioner shall adopt regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1999,c.155,s.8.
