§ 17B:29-9 — Issuance of policies
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
All policies of credit life insurance and credit health insurance shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this State only by an insurer authorized to do an insurance business therein, and shall be issued only through holders of licenses or authorizations issued by the commissioner. The commissioner may require that a restricted license as referred to in section 17B:22-12d be obtained by a group policyholder. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:29-9.
