Text
Any party to the proceeding affected by an order of the commissioner shall be entitled to judicial review by following the procedure set forth in the Administrative Procedure Act (P.L.1968, c. 410) and any rules adopted thereunder. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:29-13.
