§ 17B:25-18.2. Filing of policy, contract or related form

a.Except as otherwise provided in P.L.1992, c.161 (C.17B:27A-2 et seq.) and P.L.1992, c.162 (C.17B:27A-17 et seq.), any life insurance policy or contract, health insurance policy or contract, annuity, or variable contract subject to the provisions of Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes, including any application, rider, or endorsement which is made a part of that policy or contract shall be filed with the commissioner for approval as provided in this section. Any such policy or contract and any related form, except those certified pursuant to section 17 of this act, shall be filed with the commissioner for approval pursuant to this section.
