§ 17B:25-15 — Provision prohibited
New Jersey·Title 17B INSURANCE
No policy of life insurance shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this State which limits the time within which any action may be commenced to less than 5 years after the cause of action accrues. L.1971, c. 144, s. 17B:25-15.
