Text
A hospital service corporation and a medical service corporation authorized to do business in this State may issue a combined contract providing for hospital care and medical care but no one of such corporations shall issue any such combined contract. Any one of such corporations may act as agent for the other without being required to obtain a license as an agent. L.1964, c. 104, s. 7.
