Text
The provisions of this act shall be applicable to contracts heretofore made under the authority of the act to which this act is a supplement, as well as to such contracts as may be hereafter made and, in the case of existing contracts, supplementary contracts may be made to include provisions authorized by this act. L.1963, c. 102, s. 2.
