§ 17:37A-12 — Orders of commissioner; review
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
All orders of the commissioner made pursuant to this act shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. L.1968, c. 129, s. 12, eff. July 1, 1968.
