Text
Any person insured pursuant to this act, or his representative, or any affected insurer, may appeal to the commissioner within 30 days after any ruling, action or decision by or on behalf of the association, with respect to those items of the plan of operation which the commissioner defines as appealable matters. L.1968, c. 129, s. 11, eff. July 1, 1968.
