Text
Any insurance company providing information to an authorized agency or agencies pursuant to this act shall, with respect to a civil action, have the right to request relevant information and receive, within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days, the information requested, provided that the information is not otherwise privileged by law. L.1981, c. 45, s. 6, eff. Feb. 19, 1981.
