§ 17:36-17 — Immunity from liability of insurer
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
An insurer, or a person acting on its behalf shall not be held liable in any civil proceeding for any statement made or action required by this act where actual malice on the part of the insurer or its representative is not present. L.1981, c. 45, s. 4, eff. Feb. 19, 1981.
