§ 17:30A-15 — Exemption from fees and taxes
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The association shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this State or any of its subdivisions except taxes levied on real or personal property. L.1974, c. 17, s. 15, eff. April 11, 1974.
