§ 17:30A-1 — Short title

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Property-Liability Insurance Guaranty Association Act." L.1974, c. 17, s. 1, eff. April 11, 1974.
