New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
9.Nothing in this act shall limit, waive or abrogate the scope or nature of any statutory or common law privilege, including, without limitation, the work product doctrine and the attorney-client privilege. L.1999,c.183,s.9.
