§ 17:23C-3 — Voluntary compliance review report privileged
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
3.A voluntary compliance review report shall be privileged and neither it nor its existence shall be discoverable or admissible as evidence in any legal action or administrative proceeding of any nature involving the insurance carrier, except as provided in section 5 of this act. L.1999,c.183,s.3.
