26.
a.The commissioner may, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
b.The commissioner may provide for the orderly transition of producer license types and authorities by promulgating rules and regulations that are reasonable, necessary, appropriate and consistent with this act. L.2001,c.210,s.26.
