§ 17:22A-27 — Purpose of act
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
2.This act governs the qualifications and procedures for the licensing of insurance producers. It simplifies and organizes the statutory law to improve efficiency, permits the use of new technology and reduces costs associated with issuing and renewing insurance producer licenses. L.2001,c.210,s.2.
