§ 17:22A-46 — Fees, requirements for nonresident insurance producers, reciprocity
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
21.
a.The commissioner shall not assess a greater fee for an insurance producer license or related service to a person not residing in this State based solely on the fact that the person does not reside in this State.
b.The commissioner shall waive any license application requirements for a nonresident insurance producer license applicant with a valid license from his home state, except the requirements imposed by section 9 of this act, if the applicant's home state awards nonresident insurance producer licenses to licensees of this State on the same basis.
c.A nonresident insurance producer's satisfaction of his home state's continuing education requirements for licensed insurance producers shall constitute satisfaction of this State's continuing education requirements if the nonreside
