The persons so proposing to incorporate shall sign a certificate stating their intention to form a corporation under chapters 17 to 33 of this Title (17:17-1 et seq.), and setting forth: a. The name of the company, which shall contain the words "insurance company," except that a company which may be formed for any or all of the purposes specified in paragraphs "d" to "o" of section 17:17-1 of this Title may adopt a name containing the words "insurance company," "indemnity company," "casualty company," "surety company" or "guaranty company." The name shall not so closely resemble that of any existing corporation as to be likely to mislead the public, and shall be approved by the commissioner; b.
