§ 17:17-19 — Suspension, revocation of authority to do business

9.The commissioner may suspend or revoke the authority to do business in this State of any insurer that does not comply with the provisions of R.S.17:17-1, R.S.17:17-6, R.S.17:17-7, R.S.17:17-9 and sections 5 through 8 of P.L.1993, c.234 (C.17:17-15 through C.17:17-18). L.1993,c.234,s.9.
