§ 17:16V-6 — Obtaining insurance.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
6.Collateral protection insurance may be obtained from an insurance carrier chosen by the creditor which is licensed or otherwise authorized to provide such insurance in this State, and shall be set forth in an individual policy or certificate of insurance. L.1999,c.44,s.6.
