§ 17:16V-12 — Transactions to which act applies.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
12.This act shall apply to all credit transactions whether entered into prior or subsequent to the effective date of this act but shall apply only to collateral protection insurance purchased after the effective date of this act. L.1999,c.44,s.12.
