New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
9.No regulatory agency shall adopt a rule for the purpose of circumventing the privilege established in this act by requiring disclosure of a voluntary compliance review report. L.1999,c.18,s.9.
