§ 17:16U-11 — Access of third party restricted
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
11.Nothing in this act shall be construed to permit any third party access to any voluntary compliance review report subject to the provisions of this act. For the purpose of this section, "third party" means a person other than a State or local enforcing agency. L.1999,c.18,s.11.
