Text
Application for said license shall be made on forms prescribed by the commissioner, who shall be empowered to require information deemed necessary to demonstrate that the applicant is qualified to be licensed and possesses the necessary financial resources to sustain its operation. L. 1979, c. 16, s. 3, eff. Feb. 8, 1979. Amended by L. 1986, c. 184, s. 3, eff. Dec. 10, 1986.
