§ 17:15A-52 — Rules, regulations.

23. a. The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. b. If the commissioner finds that reasonable grounds exist for requiring additional record keeping and reporting in order to carry out the purposes of this act, the commissioner may:

(1)issue an order requiring any group of licensees in a geographic area to provide information regarding transactions that involve a total dollar amount or denomination of $2,500 or more, including the names of the persons participating in those transactions; and (2) establish by regulation a reasonable fee for filing any report required by this subsection.
