§ 17:15A-34 — Approval of application
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
5.The commissioner shall approve an application for a license if: a. The applicant has complied with the requirements of section 4 of this act; b. The commissioner finds that the financial responsibility, experience, character, and general fitness of the applicant support the belief that the business will be operated honestly and fairly; and c. The commissioner finds that none of the grounds for revoking or suspending a license set forth in section 19 of this act exist. L.1993,c.383,s.5.
