§ 17:14A-93 — Notice of crime
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The board of directors of a safe deposit company shall promptly notify the commissioner of any crime committed or attempted to be committed against the safe deposit company by any person even though the crime or attempted crime has not resulted in a loss. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-93.
