Text
At the hearing on the application to approve the certificate of incorporation or at any adjournment granted by the commissioner, anyone desiring to be heard shall be given the opportunity to be heard. The commissioner shall also make an independent examination or investigation of the application as the circumstances shall require. The commissioner may, in writing, waive a hearing on the application to approve the certificate of incorporation. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-12.
