Text
If the application is approved by the commissioner, he shall endorse upon or annex to the certificate of incorporation a certificate of approval and the certificate of incorporation shall be filed in the department. The certificate or a copy thereof duly certified by the commissioner shall be evidence in all courts and places. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-15.
