Text
The certificate of incorporation and the bylaws shall be submitted to the commissioner for his approval. Within 10 days thereafter, the commissioner shall give written notice to each incorporator, of the time and place designated by him for a hearing, by mailing the notice to each incorporator at the post-office address stated in the certificate of incorporation. The time designated for the hearing shall be not less than six weeks nor more than eight weeks after the date after receipt by the commissioner of the application. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-9.
